Our Leadership Team

Kevin Witte

  • Working in organizations such as Kimberly-Clark, International Multifoods and Hewlett-Packard (HP), I am lucky to have a career that has been exciting and filled with constant opportunities for personal growth. Executive roles in sales, marketing, talent and general management have given me a wealth of experience and helped me to hone my business skills--especially in business development, talent development, technology commercialization and collaborative change management.

My global and cultural acumen were strengthened by 3 years working as an expat in Europe founding and running the EMEA Sales Development Center, which led to market dominance in all Western European markets. I was later given responsibility for managing the talent, learning and development for the 6,500 people in the imaging and printing group that was responsible for generating $23 billion in revenue. I built a high performing talent organization from the ground up with operations in 10 cities around the world. I was rated in the top 10% of managers in HP and my team won international awards for innovative talent programs.

In 2011 I recognized there would be new opportunities caused by a seismic shift in the workforce driven by dynamic changes in technology and demographics, so I took the position of VP of Economic and Community Development (ECD) at Clark College. We built ECD’s business up to 8,000 students a year, 40% of the college’s total headcount. ECD was a non-credit self-support unit of the college, so it ran effectively like a business. The Clark College position helped me to develop trusted relationships with our local companies, ethnic communities and community service non-profits.

In 2020 I left Clark College to create the IT3 Center, based on best practices from around the world in workforce development and technology transfer.

    My post-secondary education degrees:

    • University of Washington, bachelor’s degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Business Administration

    • University of Michigan, MBA, focus on strategic analysis and industry disruption

My wife Christine, a finance executive, and I live in Vancouver, Washington. Our daughter Andrea is a sports medicine physician for Stanford University and our son David is a captain in the USAF currently serving as a Group Executive Officer. I enjoy reading, traveling, camping, competing in cowboy action events and spending time with my wife. My wife and I, avid sports fans, enjoy watching the Seahawks, Timbers, Thorns, Huskies, Wolverines and Packers.
